Is there anyone using Anki filtered decks with "hierarchical tags" as their primary study strategy instead of one or two large main Anki deck(s)?

If so, a few questions:

1 -- What strategy have you found works best ?

2-- What tags did you add yourself ( i.e. subject, Uworld, FA) ?

3-- What filtered decks did you create and what were the options you found worked best?

4-- What is your current review/study schedule like?

More details the better - Big Thanks!!

I don't understand the question. The whole purpose of having an extensive tagging system (hierarchical or not) is to allow you to have only one or two large main decks while maintaining the ability to filter if you need to study something specific.

I don't use hierarchical tagging. But the video I watched on it when I was considering it seemed very helpful if I were to do it. The tagging stuff starts at like 6:30(ish)

This youtube video goes into how to use Anki during dedicated and lists the best deck in comments
