If you post this under "what are my chances" instead you'll get more feedback. Also include more info like your GPA, volunteer hours, shadowing, leadership, etc. Will help narrow schools down better. MCAT alone isn't enough info.
I interviewed at Rosalind Franklin, and they said that every student that wants to, can do an abroad program (rotations, research, etc.) I don't know about infectious disease but their global health opportunities seemed incredible, I would check them out.
