anyone in or around San Diego?

I have a patient in my private practice who's moving... need some guidance on referring to a qualified provider as I know nothing about the area. Looking for someone who knows about compulsive gambling... I looked online at his insurance network, but the names mean nothing about quality of the provider. Plus they have a choice of "alcohol and drug abuse" as a search term, but not gambling...

Suggestions?
