The test has two 3.5 hours long sections with a lunch hour break. All the questions are randomized from 4 topics (DA, micro/path, biochem/phsyio and anatomy), with 100 questions from each topic. So, 400 questions in 7 hours gives you about 57 seconds to answer each question.
