Is the new building not an attractive factor?

There's two reasons why I thought about turning it down. One was the crime in baltimore (but if you stay out of the poor people areas you'll be fine and it's actually a fun town). The seconed one was the out of state cost (but eventually I decided it was worth it, that I could probably manage to get in-state due to my special circumstances and that in the long run it would not make a huge difference).

The new building is the ****. No one in the country has anything like it.

I turned it down because of the out-of-state tuition and the crime. The new building is amazing...but I didn't feel safe around there.

That's just me...I'm from the suburbs. 🙄

Most of the violence in baltimore stays in the ghetto however and doesnt affect students.

some of the reasons i would return to baltimore is camden yards, raven's stadium, red maple, bertha's blues band on friday nights, the charles theater, and the papermoon diner at 3am...

Does anyone know if Maryland is full? Or if anyone has heard back in the past 1-2 weeks?

oh the papermoon diner... us bmore/murland people are gonna have to show the new kids around town. my apt is 5 strides from mick o'sheas irish pub (which i prolly wont be seeing the inside for the 1st year (but i can wait))
