Blouses are absolutely ok (it's what I have worn with a suit for doc program interviews, internship, postdoc and job interviews). The only trick with blouses is to make sure the neck is high enough that it looks good with a blazer (if they are not high they can look hidden by the suit).

Skirt or pant suits are fine. It's generally a mix of both with applicants. Black/Navy/Grey are ok. Generally stick with neutral colors for suits and you'll be fine and consistent with other applicants.

Thanks! I was gonna buy 2 or 3 suits for when i have back to back interviews and don’t have time for dry cleaning. I really didn’t want to buy 3 pairs of the exact same black pants suit, this way i can have some variety

Congrats! Was the personal email specific to the General track to which you applied, or did it seem like it could have applied to any track?

Seemed to be a personal invitation that also notified me which track I was being invited for, but the rest of the email really could have applied to any track (I applied to 2 of their tracks). Basically it seems like they're doing personal invites, so I would keep up hope for this one if you are waiting!!!
