Someone posted that they got an interview offer on November 18 to the adult/peds track, but I don't think anyone has posted about adult/gero. Several people have posted wondering the same thing, so I think a lot of us are in the same boat!
I know a couple people have gotten adult/gero invitations (around 11/16 or 11/18) but haven't posted here specifically. As always, hoping for the best, but it is hard not to think the worst (my other rejections were on the notification date after others had gotten offers ~a week or two before).

For Rutgers, was this for adult forensics?
Congrats!

Has anyone reached out to sites they were rejected from to inquire about why they were rejected? I was talking to my prac supervisor and she told me how when she applied she decided to reach out since she had to go to phase two and sites actually asked her why she didn’t reach out earlier! I didn’t think this was something we should/needed to do but just wanted to get other peoples’ thoughts on this.

Hmm that's super interesting! I would def reach out if I was likely going to phase 2 or if I still wanted to pursue a post-doc at a site, but that wouldn't be until closer to the end of interview season. I wonder what the rationale for reaching out earlier would be?

I didn't apply to any but many friends did and they have heard nothing. From those I know who are at UCCs currently for a prac they said they aren't surprised things are a bit behind compared to last year, but did not say why. I'm guessing it's ongoing stress regarding moving services to tele and the increasingly high demand for counseling at colleges.
Hmmmmm that seems to make sense, my old supervisor said that this year is really hectic bc some sites are trying to send students home after Thanksgiving break. I kinda figured that the timeline of the semester would be really different this year!

FYI: Prior to this invitation I had only received an interview invite and four rejections. I was feeling quite disappointed despite the one invite, as the rejections came one after another, with one being from one of my top choices. Today, I saw my email and remembered that it is still early.. We are all competitive and things will work out one way or another. Sending virtual hugs to everyone in this process.

which specialty track? peds, early childhood, ASD or trauma?

Has anyone heard from any of the child tracks at California Pacific Medical Center? I know other tracks went out but didn't see anything about either of the pediatric tracks.
I haven't heard from the two child tracks I applied to. A friend of mine did receive an interview invitation two weeks ago. I'm not sure which track specifically, but it was a child track.
