What else is keeping you from getting in besides a late app? Those stats look good to me (I'm just another pre-med though).

You don't need to tell either side anything.
You aren't bound by any laws to stick with MS programs. I don't think most MS program require a deposit to hold your seat. At least the ones at my school doesn't.
