applying for a permanent license in michigan

I have googled forever.
I am graduating this year (God willing) and found LARA but you can no longer apply online and I don't even know what form to use and I know there are other steps like finger printing and etc. Our program really doesn't give us any info regarding getting a license (unless I missed lecture that day) and I obviously won't be practicing July 1 which is fine, I am doing a second residency but do want to also work on Saturdays in Michigan. Any info would be so so so appreciated. I don't know where else to look.

Their website does seem very confusing. If nobody here can help I think it would definitely be justified to try calling the LARA department to ask what you should do.
