Check old posts, but I will tell you my experience.
Scored well on both COMLEX I and USMLE I and did not take USMLE II. I applied to 27 programs and received invitations to 23. Interviewed at 15 and did well in the Match. I felt that the number of interviews I was offered had everything to do with my USMLE I. No one ever asked about step II (COMLEX or USMLE). From people I spoke with and friends with similar scores it seems that in many instances I had more interview offers with the main difference being the USMLE.
Most programs are familiar with the COMLEX but know with certainty how to compare USMLE scores. Because it will come up, I scored 94% on COMLEX and 235 on USMLE. Hope this helps.
