At what month would you be start freaking out about not getting interviews? September? October?

Personally, I'm starting to think I might have a hidden red flag in my app.

I think I'll start to panic around October 1st. Sound about right? 🙄

Plenty of people with your situation. Relax, it's still early.

Give everyone a call and see whats up.

Looking at your school list, it can be tough. NYU didn't give an interview and ive got similar statistics. LECOM is flooded with applicants right now and way behind. Roseman and USC are slow. BU can be finicky and inconsistent from what I've heard. I haven't heard from UoP either and both Midwesterns focus on BCP gpa.

Patience. Late october seems like a good time to begin freaking out, but at the end of the day, what does freaking out do? My advice- keep your schools up to date with EVERYTHING and keep working outside and in the classroom as if you're reapplying next year. Even if you don't schools can appreciate a guy who keeps his nose to the grindstone.

This is exactly the mentality I usually try to maintain, but somthing about this process seriously changes me 😳

I'm taking a full class load of science classes (if I can ace them I'll have a 3.5 BCP), and I'm starting to volunteer at a dental office. I'm also planning on starting some research, but I'm not even sure how to get into that. Once the semester gets into full swing I won't have time to freak out and I guess Ill be better for it. 🙂

Well yeah, by March I would essentially just be thinking about next cycle...

if you dont hear back by nov, start looking to apply to either master programs or any other program.

I was thinking I would just do a year of informal post bacc. Is there any reason you recommend a master's?

Or was that just an example?

I looked at your stats and where you applied and I honestly think you will get at least 3 interviews before this cycle is over. Probably from BU, Case, USC, Tufts or UofM. Don't even start to worry until November rolls around. My Interview invites came in late Oct/early Nov and I did just fine. Mid Sept is still very early.
