Hello Everyone!
Little late to the thread but curious what my chances look like. I am Canadian but in my 2nd year of undergrad in the U.S, so applying for the 5 year programs. My GPA is a 3.50 which I know is not competitive, but should go up after this semester as I currently have A's in my classes. I have a lot of volunteering and 2 years of clinical hours. My main concern is they request high school transcripts and to be very honest, I did not put my best effort in high school so that has me worried. Thanks for any advice/insight
Hey, did you get acceptance

has anyone received an email/portal link directly from UCD acknowledging their application for GEM? a colleague of mine received one early january (application complete/submitted late oct), I am yet to receive anything (application completed/submitted early nov).
hello, when did you hear back from them for the results or the interviews

Hello! I just joined this forum and I'd thought I post in this thread since I applied to the AB program.
I completed and submitted my AB application in September 2021. I applied to TCD, UCC, NUIG, and RCSI - only RCSI offers an interview and I haven't heard anything from them yet.
A little bit about myself - I am a Canadian applicant and this is my first time applying to the AB program. I have applied to Canadians 3x (including this cycle) and to US schools 1x (this cycle) without success. I have excellent stats and have been working in academia for 10 years. I think I may not have received interviews from the others schools because 1) I'm a mature applicant and the pool is extremely competitive in Canada; and 2) I'm a Canadian citizen so the standards are higher as an international (US app). Just speculation though!
hello, have you been accepted by any med schools so far
