Basic Questions about the NBDE part II

I'm planning on taking the computer test and I have some really basic questions since I've been doing everything I can to even avoid thinking about this.

How long did it take for you to get your eligibility letter after you registered?
For the computer test, I can take it any time right? Or are there only a few days out of the year that it's available?
Did you feel like it was harder than Part I?
Were the decks more or less useful than the released exams?
Is the curve less forgiving than Part I?
Am I gonna fail?
How long did you study?
