Has anybody else heard anything about Baylor giving away $ (like full scholarships) for merit?

Poking and prodding my parents to get their taxes done as soon as possible doesn't seem to help. Any tips?

I heard "loans this" and "your brother didn't get any either" and "you'll make it back eventually, right?".
