Some people get a brochure in the mail, but not everyone. Make sure you read the web invite thoroughly and send in your transcripts beforehand. I got a pretty funny email from the admissions office thanking me for being one of the few people who "actually read the web invite in its entirety."
I thought the interviews would be more hard core than the other TX schools, but I found both of mine to be very laid back. Be well read on your apps b/c my interviewers made a list of things to ask me about. It wasn't a ho hum tell me why you want to be a doctor interview. I just interviewed on Feb 10th PM if you have any more questions
