Are you just starting med school or are you getting ready for usmle step 1? Either way, doctors notes medical biochemistry poster is by far the best resource. It's super clear and simple, but oddly has as much information as any other poster (enzymes, substrates, diseases, etc.), and is color-coded, and is compatible with dry erase markers (many 'laminated' posters are not). So, ideally get it for the start of medical school and then draw all over it as you go. My cousin filled in information from pharm/path as she went through her classes and said it was the best thing she did, she did really well on step 1 (better than me -_-). I should have used mine the whole time. But, I used it for a quick review and it was definitely worth it.
Good luck!
