So you admit judges are wrong (if they don’t support your version of the law). And another judge stopped that liberal San Francisco judge last night.

You can’t have it both ways.

Judges are just as bias as everyone these days. And people still think otherwise. They say the judge in Florida was bias for supporting trump. And the judge in manhattan New York was fair.

I believe the first judge was correct in that the Trump administration's activation of the NG was illegal according to our laws.

We are dealing with state rights vs federal rights.

This is as old an argument as the us constitution

Federal vs states rights. And obviously presidential powers.

More eyewitnesses are corroborating that. From the NYT: “Levi Strand, who lives across the street from State Senator John Hoffman, said he woke up to loud popping sounds. He ran over to the window and caught a glimpse of a car driving away with red, blue and white lights flashing. The police have said the suspect was impersonating a police officer. Strand assumed the bangs had been fireworks until the street was flooded with emergency responders a few minutes later.”

The suspect is either impersonating a police officer or an actual police officer.

Oh, yeah. It’s still ok for law enforcement to shield identities, but civilians can’t wear masks.

What would make you think this may be an actual active duty police officer? Is there any precedent for a cop going insane and killing for political reasons behind the uniform? Haven’t heard of anything in history even resembling the scenario you’re suggesting

Maybe reread what I wrote? I didn’t say he was definitely an active duty police officer (I actually didn’t use the word “active” at all). I agree, that the most likely scenario is an impersonator.

No assumption can be made until suspect found alive and beyond that investigation into manifesto or digital stuff

I have multiple family members who are cops or in federal law enforcement agencies. I also know people are capable of all sorts of “bad decisions” no matter what your profession is.

This is in line with Noem's rhetoric to "liberate" cities from "socialist" leadership.

This will surely reduce tensions, as is his goal.

Maybe? He does want the Big Beautiful Bill to get passed. Pam Bondi and others have made the connection between unrest in America and the passage of this bill explicit. Suggesting the unrest will go down if it passes.

I think insofar as Trump's posts mean anything, this is signaling an increase in immigration law enforcement in Blue cities and (combined with his other posts) a lessening of enforcement in Red States.

His (and his cabinet's) description of the protests as "insurrection" suggests which laws he wants to be able to enact. Building the groundwork if you will for future litigation in the courts.
