Majored in Biology as an undergrad at UC Berkeley - do not have a strong gpa but have been working in Biotech industry past 4 years (mostly in Data analysis field).

I want to apply for MPH (biostats emphasis) now.
If I do well on GRE and get strong LOR from my work & take an entry level biostats class somewhere, will that help me?

Hey,

If your grades in calculus I and II, linear algebra or undergraduate statistics are above B+, I think you will be fine. If not, you better do well in the quanti part of GRE. No matter what, it doesn't hurt to try. At least, your degree from UC Berkeley will help somehow.
