i applied to bu in oct and got an application complete email on the 29th of oct. did anyone apply during this time period. how many days do they take b4 sendint he review email?

there is no definite time period in which you get the review mail.....
u might get it in 1 day or in1 month..........u never knw..so patient and be positive.....
 
Hi everyone! Did any one get an interview call this week so far....
 
No, I am still waiting. Got my application complete email on oct 28. Fingers crossed.

I waited so looong for this moment, yes, finally got the acceptance email from BU this noon. All the best for the folks waiting and the customary..........

Yes indeed. But to get that damn crystal ball to roll my way, i had to jump through hoops, if you know what i mean.

In the end, as they say, all's well that ends well. 😀

I haven't seen anything about this here so far.

You could create the FB group and invite the accepted students to join it. 🙂

That's the way it has been done with UIC, VCU and LLU so far (I guess).

Can you please share your interview experience like, what kind of questions they ask in personal interview round? It would be a great help for others who have interview in the coming days.

The interview is so friendly, and the people there are great.

It is one on one interview, and they just want to see you and get to know you more. Once you are invited your grads are not important anymore, they want to see if you will be a good fit in their school, and you can communicate with them and with the other students, they are looking for someone humble, compassionate, and nice.

By the way not all the interviewers are dentists.

If you read the old posts about the questions it is that same, i mean it is more or less about you.

Congratulation of the accepted doctors, and good luck for the others.

facebook page has been created for AS 2014, it is nice to meet, get to know eachother, and help eachother 🙂
 
Some people could cancel their interviews because they got accepted somewhere els, specially yesterday the results for 3 universities in the west was out, so expect to have some openining for more interviews

Received an application under review mail on Oct 27. After that no news.
Hope...there is still hope........:xf:

hi white knight, can u tell me after how many days did u get the interview call after receiving application under review mail?
 
how many does BU interview..any ideas?? and do most of the the interviewees get accepted??
 
mine are 86/ 3.0/ 94 !!!
whight knight how did you get 114 in TOEFL?? it is not easy !!!
 
lena its easy to improve toefl scores, what i hav observed is that when we retake the exam within a week u will get a better score than the previous but not less than the previous score, this way we can cross 100+ by 3 attempts ..

if you have coppy with you in a sealed env. you can give it to them in the interview day. they are so nice and flexible so don't worry
