does anyone know when BU starts calling reapplicants?

wht do u mean....i was interviwed in march this year n got rejected in aug...i thought it was coz they had no seats left

Hey,

May be he is saying the one who got rejections before their 2010 classes began..
Do not loose hope as I m also a reapplicant.

I am also reapplicatnt from last year . i was interviewed in Jan and was waitlisted and in August recieved rejection letter . But till now i didnt apply to BU. Cappid submitted my application, but i didnt send my fees.So after recieving the fees then only they will consider my application RIGHT?

All the people who have submitted their CAAPID application in BU are sent an email asking them to pay their fees online. The same email has to say the following thing to re-applicants:


5. Re-applicants

Applicants who are re-applying need only to complete the CAAPID application, sending an ECE course-by-course evaluation directly to CAAPID. You do not need to send any other materials. If you wish to update your letters of recommendation please submit them to CAAPID so they may be sent as part of your application. Re-applicants who were invited for an interview in the previous year will not need to attend another, unless specifically requested to do so by the Admissions Committee. Re-applicants who continue to demonstrate their commitment to the field of dentistry through further education, or professional or volunteer experience are looked upon favorably.



Re-applicants who have re-taken their NBDE Part I or TOEFL should enter the new scores in their CAAPID application. If selected for an interview, official scores should be sent directly to this office from the respective agency.






So basically as 'aim high' said, if you have already been interviewed, you might generally not be invited for another interview. But that does not mean you will not be considered. You need to improve your profile and things may work for you. All the best !!!!!!!

ya that makes alot of sense coz i got rejection in aug when their classes had already begun which means they were waiting till the end to see if they got any open spots so thanks alot, this will help me b a lill peaceful

i dont understand y i didnt recieve anything from bu last year...they didnt even send me rejection letter...what does that mean??? does bu consider those applicants who have not been rejected last year....??😕

Yes u have to as I m in the same boat
