I think they have an anonymous account people can access and the moderator seems to make sure people keep the format consistent.

This would be awesome for those of us applying next year if you guys could do something like this.

Eventually we'll have a database to allow people to review individual programs, I've even spent a large amount of time myself populating the database, we're just waiting on some code to be written to get it up and running.

but I like this idea and I'll talk to admins about working something out
