I doubt you could have it revoked, unless he were playing a pharmacist in the video--which would be a rather bizarre fetish, and make for a pretty dull film in my opinion.
I've had friends who've, um, performed who are in professional positions (no, not THOSE kind of positions!

) who've kept those parts of their lives--the professional and, um, acting sides--separate. As long as he or she isn't doing anything that isn't related to the profession in the films, I'd doubt there'd be any legal ramifications regarding that. Professional and political, well, that's another story.
