can we/ should we use onomatopoeia in our PS?

i've been wanting to but people who've read mine stated it doesn't seem professional so im worried haha :\
to clarify - the onomatopoeia itself. not what the onomatopoeia is.

i was thinking of putting *bzzz* or something to describe the sound of drilling in dentistry
