Canadian Applicant Needing Help for Small Correction

Hello everyone,
I'm a Canadian citizen applying through AADSAS this cycle. I was not sure how I should fill out the background information on AADSAS. I believe I may have entered information incorrectly and wanted to update it. Under the citizenship status would I put down that I am a "foreign citizen" or "other eligible noncitizen"? Please help me out here. Thank you.
