See, I haven't been a villager near the end of the game in so long I forgot how to do it.
Much easier to be a wolf and know who to vote for.

wolf=constantly on edge
villager =constantly frustrated.

I will give a promise to you that I am not a wolf. Ik that doesn't mean much, but you will see after this game that I am being 100% truthful and am not a wolf. I try not to ruffle feathers when it comes to feeling stuff, I wouldn't do that.... I am going to put my full trust on you, and count on some weird game mechanic causing evasion of catnip or the yarn ball... So, I am just praying hedgie is the wolf and game over. I guess we shall see though, tomorrow will be a very rough day if I have to choose between any two of you, b/c I can't picture a situation where SoV and devyn are wolves, and I am deciding to fully trust you escalla. So I really hope I am not in that position tomorrow, I would rather be killed by wolves at night then have to make that choice lol...

I'm not sweating it because I was in class all day. I've been sweating the fact that I have an anatomy test in three days over cow hind limb, cow repro, and the entire chicken and I have yet to study for it. You're making a mistake lynching me. I've had the yarn twice and there were still kills those nights. Give me a minute to find what nights they were.

Oooh oohhh oohhhhh Does lightning kill wolves?!?!:?! 😀 I would love a game over due to mod lightning striking a wolf and thus ending the game! Or or or or.... We could always implement the mod baths as proposed by someone earlier on, where baths can end up in dead cats lol........ I have a lot of anxiety over this lynch right now, I just want it to be 2:30 tomorrow already so I can just see what the heck DVMD has done with this game and what weird game mechanic happened lol...
 
I had the yarn night 2 which means nothing since we still had all the wolves. I also got the yarn on saturday at 10:48 am whichever day/night that is supposed to be. I had the mouse last night but I completely missed the night cycle while I was in lab, then running week 3 day 1 of c25k, then attending a seminar talk from my path professor. I'm not certain what the mouse does.
 
I was attacked by wolves the day that there was no kill.
 
Whatevs awesome job remaining wolf. Throwing this out there. Escalla is acting just like she did in the It's a wonderful life game when she was the final wolf. But I still don't like STL's game play and could totally buy him as the wolf too.

And I just realized the test is actually in two days. I might be screwed.
 
As a final note, I have the yarn tonight, and I am playing around with things people may have done in order to avoid the yarn. I won't unfortunately get my results from this until after the night is over (as per what DVMD has told me), so I won't be able to figure out for sure if people can in fact get out of the yarn or not until the next lynch cycle (woohooo....) If I am to trust escalla (which I am), then someone here has been able to avoid the yarn. So I am going to assume there is a way around it, I am just wondering if I can figure out what the heck it is. but yeah... The problem with hedgie is that we seem to be completely AFK, but if there were contingency kills set up, then that would not be a big deal. This is just frustrating at this point. I will truly enjoy seeing who the last wolf is.... It will be insightful... Figured a couple glasses of wine and looking over this would help, but nope...

Just looked it up, doesnt prove anything as on Saturday, phil was still alive! So there were still two wolves alive at that point, meaning that the fact that you were blocked at that point has no relevance to your wolfiness or non-wolfiness. Okay, I am feeling a bit better about this lynch now, even though I am still super frustrated, and will just be up a creak without a paddle if this hedgie thing does not pan out. But once again, I guess we shall see...

Were we playing the same game? Pretty sure I play differently as a wolf vs. a villager. :shrug: I have been a wolf 4 times in the one year I've played. 2x original (Misfits, RE4), 2x converted (Crazy Town, IAWL). I would challenge anyone that has been playing that long to have been in less games as a wolf. With as often as I play, I would be surprised if it was beaten. :laugh:

I think I've only been a wolf four times for all the times I played. I've been playing since the second game--disney. I took a break after lord of the rings until right after SOV's two games at once thing. I was a wolf in pokemon (convert), a wolf in dyachei's Christmas game, a wolf in SOV's Covenant game, and a convert in DocE's meme game.

I just went back to read the last few pages of IAWL since I obviously no longer care about anatomy and you're right. You were adamant you weren't the wolf but you were actually asking people to kill you because you don't like to be around at end game. Apologies I was wrong. Still not the wolf here though.

Just reminding everyone that STL tried to give allie an out even though he admits that it's lynch avoidance is usually a wolf role. And he's currently attempting to find a way to work around the ball of yarn because he thinks someone else can. When I got the ball of yarn I just figured cool I'm blocked for the night. If the wolves try to kill me now guess I'll be dead. I didn't try to devise a way to block the blocking item.

Really this is what you're going to believe. Someone who goes from "don't kill me because if I'm the wolf I can't do anything tonight anyways" to "I'm going to see if I can avoid this ball of yarn". Why would he need to avoid the yarn if he has the role he says he has. Supposedly his only thing is to talk in long messages. There's no freaking need to avoid the ball of yarn. If we're at end game you don't even need to test the hypothesis. SOV was cleared via 2 methods. Unless he's an unseerable wolf who's immune to yarn then he was still blocked and wasn't the source of the kill. Same goes for devyn.
 
Yes, I pmed allieh, after she escaped the lynch and was essentially like, hey, things aren't looking well for you, if you can provide role and defense, we can try and work this out if you are a villager. Then when she admitted that she was lion, that became a moot point. If you look on the thread, she thought it was weird that I was trying to help her, why would I be outed like that if I was a wolf? Okay, moving on to your other points. If I am trusting escalla a 100% and you are not a wolf following this lynch, that means that I want to verify that SoV or devyn would be able to have lost the yarn for a night, hence my test. I can elect to not test it tbh, but quite honestly, if I was the wolf, why the heck would I post on the thread that I am trying to avoid the yarn? Seems like wolf 101... You guys don't have any frame of mind of thinking. Think outside the box people. In every game, I try endless things with my items, ask any mod that I have played under. I try giving them away, I try getting rid of them, I try using them in the way that mods don't intend. I pretty much try everything and anything that would give me an edge over the average person who gets the item. I am sure someone else, who is a wolf, was smart enough to be like " I got the yarn, let me try and "lose it, or throw it over the fence, or eat it, or throw it down a well or...." etc. Okay so here's the deal. If its not me, not escalla, and not you, then guess what.... its one of them two, which means yes, they did in fact get around all of this incriminating evidence. I am trying to find flaws with the item to make these theories a bit more plausible. If you want me to sit around and do nothing, then fine, whatever....

Ahh ok. They need to re-run a pokemon game too.

And to be fair with that game.....I really don't enjoy being around at end game. I really hate being this frustrated. Just at that time, IAWL was a stressor because I was on it and FTB's game all the time over the holidays, which led my family to get pissed and banning me from SDN for a bit. That game lasted just that bit too long, so I was grumpy. It was true grumpiness!

Maybe if I cared less, this would be easier.

One of my friends really wants there to be a Twith Plays Pokemon game, which I think would be pretty funny and could work at the same time. So if someone wants to 😀. And hedgie, to each their own, I am not a wolf, feel free to not believe me. Just as a heads up, I will be up until 4 am est writing essays more than likely, gone until classes, classes from 11 to 1:20 and 2-3:15. So I will check in at 1:30 or so, but if I am not responding until then, that is the reason why.
 
This is beyond ridiculous... I mean really

hedgie - what is your roll ability? avoiding a wolf attack?

STL - what the feck? You cannot avoid a blocking item.... what planet do you live on?! Sorry but that is not possible. You cannot always create "creative" ways to use items and I know DVM well enough to know she would not allow people to avoid a blocking item. And yes I know you lie and make crap up all the time as a villager or wolf, so you very well could be a villager this game since you made up a roll as a villager last game. But tbh you really need to learn that lying all the time is not a good strategy in WW. And it makes people want to lynch you in games just to get you out of the way and to be able to focus on the real issues at hand.

I am not sure what I am going to do here. I am tempted to stick with STL cause I don't believe him, but then I also think he is still such a newb WW player that he really just does not know who to play intelligently.

I may waffle...
 
My roll ability is to avoid one wolf attack. I said that I could avoid attacks from evil in the hopes that wolves wouldn't come after me again. I already used up my role.
 
Ok so I have gone back and looked through this whole damn thread... here are my conclusions.... we have to be looking for an original...

we started the game with 15 cats.... in DVM's logic she does 1 wolf for every 5 players, so that makes 3 original wolves.... we have killed 2 originals and 1 convert that means the 1 remaining wolf is an original....

so unless there is an unseerable wolf - which I guess is possible then we need to focus on the 2 people who have not been seered which are escalla and STL.... escalla did prove her roll and STL's roll could be made up for all we know (yes it is a plausible roll, but every other cat has had an ability really)....

I think we need to eliminate one of them and then seer the other 1 for whoever has the catnip.....
 
At this pint, I really have no idea. Every time I read a message I change my mind.

I have been waffling back and forth on this point.

My gut says hedgie. And it would explain the no-kill night.
But this logic says to move back to who hasn't been seer-ed.

But then I think Escalla's cat is more likely a wolf than STL.

I would really like to find out when this is all over how the hell I haven't been investigated. It's not like there hasn't been controversy. It's not like there hasn't been a seer item and a full-fledged seer around for a while. How has this happened?

SOV, do what you gotta do I guess. If you think it's me, there's nothing I can say other than I swear it's not. I've said all I can and maybe asked for too much faith. I have a bad habit of doing that like in your Crazy game and in Duck Dynasty and I shouldn't, but it's hard when you're a villager facing this at the end of this entire game not to.

STL, I don't take this lightly, as my history (before you started playing) shows. I'm deciding to go with you though, so I'm sticking to it. If it really is you and you entered into this not knowing what you were getting into, then I understand getting out.

I've decided I'm keeping my vote. If this game doesn't end tonight, then it's someone unseerable.
 
It will be nice not to toss and turn because of WW one day lol.

I'm off to the abattoir. You guys can decide what you want to do. Hopefully I'll be able to check in before the deadline.

But to be clear, I'm not voting for him because I'm choosing to trust him on it. I know we have fought about this before, so I don't want to go there again. But it does mean something to me.
 
Okay devyn, all I was trying to do is see if it is freaking possible... Don't get all pissed at me for trying, it's about the only freaking thing that I can do in this situation. I am done, just lynch me, clearly I just must be the wolf bc I am actually trying to work freaking stuff out and see what others were able to do. I am not making stuff up, ask DVMD after this game that I am legitimately trying to figure this stuff out right now... It's not about me trying to make stuff up, it's about me trying to actually figure out a dilemma I am having in my head. So you know what devyn, you are just sooo correct with me every time, let's knock me out, I am super sure that you will find I am the wolf, clearly will be game over....
