Chances at Texas MD?

I would really like to go to a TX MD. I am not sure whether I should apply this cycle or next year.
GPA: overall 3.65 BCPM: 3.64
MCAT 507 (128/122/127/130)
I am retaking in August.
I am currently in the UNT Masters of Medical Sciences program.
Asian, TX resident.
I have good EC's
Undergrad at UT Austin: geology (I switched to premed my senior year)

I applied the 2017-2018 cycle and received one interview from TCOM. I did not match.

I am surprised you did not receive any MD interviews with your stats. If you are willing to apply to DO schools this year you could receive several interviews if you apply broadly to at least 10 schools. Otherwise you need to wait for your new MCAT score before deciding if you are competitive for MD schools.
