does anyone know if financial coverage from medicare becomes and issue when switching fields? especially at maybe a smaller hospital that DO EM programs are more commonly at. I want to switch to EM from another 4 year program but iim not sure if the fourth year of EM coverage might be a problem in the DO programs.
