Changing test date

This is probably a stupid question, but I want to change my test date but i'm scared that when i click on change reservation it will drop me from my currently reserved date? does anyone know if it does that or if it gives you options to look around first and then make final decision.

i've been clicking it to see what testing centers near me offer the date after, and so far everytime i log in it tells me my original date is confirmed (i've only gotten as far as the drop down menu to change date, then states, then clicking to see if a seat is available).
