This happened to me with Amazon. I sold my Cell Bio book for $80 and the seller claimed she never got it. I didn't get shipping confirmation (for $0.75). Amazon took the money from my account.

The lady I nanny for is an OB-GYN, and she is constantly encouraging me to call. And I am a very outgoing individual, I feel very comfortable in conversation with strangers, but the thought makes me anxious. But finally I wrote out some ok things to say on some post-its, and decided hey, it's worth a shot. So I called today and the dean was out during her clinics, so I left my name and number. I was sooo relieved, lol. So if she doesn't call back after a week, I'll have to gather the courage again.....

I spent 6 weeks studying in Santander....awesome place. It's smaller than most cities, and more low-key, but still some partying. If you want crazy crazy partying, I highly recommend San Sebastian. I am not really much of a drinker or partier...but the night I spent there .... :laugh:

Oh Spain.... :sigh: Seriously, the best summer of my life.

I actually don't really follow basketball until the finals. This year is the first year I actually started watching during the playoffs instead of the finals.

My knowledge in the NFL, however, is immense. I've played fantasy football since middle school
 
Stanford is cool cept for the 5 year plan thing... I let that go real quick after I realized most people did 5 years and it would be hard to be competitive w/o doing it.

Basketball used to be my obsession in high school (a little weird coming from a soccer player then) but I moved onto both pro and college football in college. After seeing the refs carry Dwyane Wade and the Heat against the Mavs a few years back, I got pretty disgusted with the NBA so I've stopped watching for the most part. Now that I have time in the evenings after work, I'll watch games with my roommates (one is a huuuuuuge Celtics fan and I think he's having multiple strokes watching the series).

Y'know, we should have a SDN fantasy football league this fall..
