Yep- MJ's the man. Growing up in the 90's in Chicago was unbelievable, watching him dominate. One of my earliest memories in life: MJ taking down Magic Johnson and the Lakers in the 90-91 NBA finals for his first title. I was four years old.
 
On another note, I just realized that I failed to report four AP Credits for Calculus on my AMCAS app. Do you think this will cause a delay, or do you think they'll notice it on my transcripts and fix it themselves?

Omgosh I feel so left out, this thread is going crazy. It DID make me happy to read it though, especially after physics knocked me down. Love my 2016ers!

Though, I do have something to be happy about today even though I didn't submit! Just got a poster accepted to a national conference in DC this fall 🙂 Its not a pub, but I'll take what I can get!

Grats. Sometimes I wish I would've done a more traditional science major other than math. I had no luck finding research ops as an undergrad.

Its a public health conference, which I think is more exciting than a science one any day. I'm quite excited! It's not until October though, long ways away.

Physics always gets me haha. Though I think I was doing okay on the BR practice passages I did today. Won't know until a practice test though. Need to order theirs, as I used all the AAMCs 🙁

no, because i have to pay for an international flight to come back for interviews (and hopefully only once but god knows how that'll work out...)😀

It's depressing. I could go to Europe for a month with $2500.
 
I have 26 schools right now at $1100....sigh. I have to keep thinking it's an investment in my future otherwise it'll really get me down haha

One of my friends from undergrad is teaching English in Japan this year (it's her first year). She's awesome. It must be a great experience. I'm extremely jealous.
 
I know a lot of people who do the teach English abroad (most of them in Korea) a lot of them do it because they never got to go abroad as an undergrad, and some others do it because they couldn't get a job after graduation. I was thinking about doing it myself, although I'd go to Spain because 1. I've been there before and absolutely loved it and 2. I could use the extra practice on my Spanish.

Anyways, should be going to sleep, going to take another practice test tomorrow, two weeks and counting.

Remember you're only attending 1. Nothing wrong with 26 though. Believe me, I have read about people who have applied to 40+.

Hah yea I would def not be pre-writing if I were studying for the MCAT.

I submitted about 30 min. after you. I'm thinking I'll get verified prob late today or tomorrow.
 
I prewrote all my secondaries last december. And ended up applying ED. :boom:

At least I'll have a quick turnaround if rejected ED and I choose to add schools this cycle...

So when do those secondaries start rolling in? Haven't gotten any emails yet since I was verified 🙂
