I dunno... strawberry rhubarb is pretty delicious (if you like rhubarb). But yeah, I think apple really is the best of the fruit pies. As for custard-type pies... I have yet to choose a favorite.
 
I don't really like apply pie. I'm a big fan of strawberry though, and cherry pie definitely.

Yeah I had to leave the chat. People being prudes, plus it was hard to follow. Anything greater than 4 people at once and it's pandemonium.

Not big on rhubard. Custard is awesome. But I'm partial to creme brulee.

Mmmm, I do love creme brulee. I made a rum raisin pie once that was surprisingly delicious. It was like a delicious custard-y pie with rum-soaked raisins.

Nothing wrong with prudes... it's just... we're going to be doctors. Dealing with gross stuff on the regular... TMS de-magotted a wound for like 4 days... if they get squeemish talking about other bodily fluids... when they see what TMS saw... what are they gonna do? :laugh:

Oh, I see. There's a difference between being squeamish and being... a prude. I definitely don't mind talking about bodily functions, etc.

The grossest thing about the maggots in the leg is that maggots are... gross. I'm afraid of creepy crawly things. So the idea of something already that creepy being in a wound is just 😱

Unfortunately this is not uncommon. You will probably see it at some point in your medical career. 🙁

I will say this... I love my friends here. But they are quite dumb outside of school. And when I came here for school, I was lightyears ahead of everyone else.

The Canadian education system is on a British type system. We learn a lot, and we cover even more... QUICKLY.

That being said... I love America!
