I'm a bio. major and I can't decide on which bio class electives I should take. Can anyone suggest some classes that would benefit me on the DAT? Thanks

General bio should be all you need for the DAT. But if there were certain parts of general bio you found more difficult, like the anatomy/physiology or biochem parts, I would recommend taking further courses in those subjects. Many times, if you learn things more in depth, it'll make more sense and be easier to remember. Straight memorization was never my strong point.

dude, what science sections are on the dat?
Boi Chem and Orgo.

that is all.

The pat/reading/math you can do on your own.

I found my biochem, microbio, anatomy and genetics classes to help me some, just in terms of a better understanding in these areas...

Definitely I'd say Physiology.

From my experience of helping people with their DAT preparation, if you are not good at math you are most likely not good at Gchem and Ochem. So I'd say beside chem classes, take some algebra trig classes if you don't feel strong.
