Clinical Internship - Sports Concentration

So, I would really like to work with athletes during my career and, obviously, I would like to land a sports focused clinical rotation or two. So, I was wondering if anyone has an suggestions for clinical rotations with a sports focus, preferably a place that works with professional and/or high level collegiate/amateur competitors.... Something Like Athletes' Performance or the US Olympic Training Center (not sure if they do PT Clinicals...)

For us, there was a training center in Arizona that was open for clinicals by application and written exam...I'm not sure how many schools they have affiliations with, but it could be possible for you (it might be the Athlete's Performance place you mentioned...I don't remember the name because I wasn't interested in it. I believe the facility was connected with MLB spring training though)
