Clinical Job suggestions?

If there is a thread on clinical jobs, can someone tag me or if not add below this thread? And can someone tell me if being an inpatient pharmacy technician counts as clinical

You want to find roles where you are actually in an exam room with a physician during their assessment of the patient. Some common examples are scribes, medical assistants, patient care technicians, certified nursing assistants, emergency medical technicians (that work clinically). They are hard to find and pay garbage (though it is getting better in some areas it seems), but it's for the experience, not for the pay.

Do not try to reinvent the wheel for this kind of thing. Sometimes students are tempted to find anything that sounds somewhat healthcare adjacent and end up overstating the bounds of the role once they apply because you are going to be asked how your experiences have confirmed your desire to become a physician. As a pharmacy technician, you might say something like "I really loved interacting with physicians when they barked at me for not having the authority to immediately fill their prescription and I really wanted to be on the other side of that conversation," which will not be compelling.
