Seriously, why so many SOAP emails lol? Must know that word triggers medical students.
You must not have been on reddit lately and seen the uproar. The previous president of the NRMP was a MPH and the new one is a BSN with an online doctorate degree in Health Sciences. So the people in charge haven’t even been through the match.

Email came early for me (ironically after I said previous years it came late) but I matched! This is my second year applying so my nightmare is finally over. To anyone who didn’t match stay strong! I was in the position last year. You still got this and you can still do it!

Wow I can't believe it's over. I successfully couples matched. It wasn't without its trials and tribulations but we did it. What an absolutely terrible process. Now to find out where!

Glad to see lots of good news on here today! My MS4 son got the news of a match so our anxiety level has dropped and relief level has skyrocketed!

This is my 2nd time in the match. US-IMG. 1st time applied Psych. 2nd time applied FM/IM. Took step 3 which helped me a lot in getting interviews!

It's crazy that anesthesia only had 1 unfilled spot this year.
Quick question....NRMP R3 system tells me I matched and NOT SOAP Elligible...I have NOT received any emails though....what gives? Did you guys all receive email from NRMP that you matched?
Check thy spam folder. If it's on the NRMP website, it's the truth.

Yeah checked the spam folder and nothing...I did receive at least 3 emails about the SOAP prior to Match Day though...
Both NRMP and MyERAS show I matched fully.......better not be some sort of system glitch.... (shutter)

Anyone wondering how covid-19 will affect residency start? Cant have an orientation. I doubt things quiet down by june....

I doubt hospitals are going to adhere to the <50 people gathering rule. I cannot fathom having a later residency start since the residents leaving will leave a dent in the number of hands on deck.
