Someone please tell me how elite this University located in the city of Hamilton, NY in central NY is. Thanks. XOXO HTH

It's a very good liberal arts college. Are you thinking of going there? Because if you are, you should be more focused on whether you'd like that environment, the quality of resources available and whether you prefer a liberal arts school compared to a traditional university. It is elite, but does it really matter how elite it is?

I am going to Colgate University in the Fall. I have not visited but I have heard from relatives that it is a prestigious University.

can anyone confirm its eliteness?

You're an idiot.

I lived near Colgate for 17 years, and trust me, fella, you're in both a big surprise when you realize that you will be living in the middle of nowhere.

Now, go home, little troll.

I use their toothpaste all the time. High quality $h!t.

Not to mention living in the midst of a J. Crew catalog come to life.

Colgate is not in the middle of no where. It is less than 30 minutes from NYC. Why do you say that it is like a J. Crew catalog? Most of the students attending Colgate come from lower class families.

How can one become an elite Dance Dance Revolution player? Does it help in the College Admissions process?

Near NYC??? What the hell are you talking about? Colgate is really in the middle of nowhere but its like 45mins from syracuse and utica. Not much of anything close by but its a very good school. I didn't get in when applying in high school but I'm thinking about sending in a transfer app.

Colgate is in Hamilton. It's 30 minutes from UTICA, perhaps.

Colgate was one of the colleges I was considering when I was applying to college, but after visiting it I decided to go elsewhere. It really is in the middle of nowhere, which was not for me. But to each his own.

Are you really that stupid, or are you pretending? Colgate is at minimum, 4 hours from NYC if you disobey all traffic laws and hit no traffic.

My folks live in Cazenovia, where are you from?

I watched Colgate play a football game in blizard like conditions. They have a pretty good team for 1AA.

The Onion magazine said that Colgate had the best football team in the country. BUMP for COLGATE UNIVERSITY LOCATED 20 MINUTES FROM NYC.

you're joking, right? I think you have NYC confused with Herkimer. Or maybe Oneonta. I know, it happens sometimes, hard to distinguish all the thriving upstate new york cities.

thats like saying oswego is 20 minutes from normal civilization, cmon we all know that isnt true
