Here is a classic combined work rate problem similar to what you may encounter on the Quantitative Reasoning section of the DAT.

Three printers are typing a full report.

• Printer A types 1/2 of the report in 2 hours
• Printer B types 1 full report in 2 hours
• Printer C types 1/4 of the report in 1 hour

If all three printers work together, how long will it take to print one full report?

A) 60 minutes
B) 90 minutes
C) 120 minutes
D) 30 minutes
E) 25 minutes

Post your answer and reasoning before checking the solution.
