I got a committee letter from pre-health office, and they said they were going to send them a package including all evaluations and recommendation letters I gave them. Also, a letter from dentist was in the packet. Apparently, I sent all my 10 recommendation letters to them.

So, do I need to add one more letter through AADSAS? What the optional letter would be? From a dentist or from a boss who I worked with?

You're a bit low on letters. I'd say sending the optional additional letter can only help your stats.

True but also not true because at my school our prehealth advisor compiles the letters and sends them to AADSAS, but i had to put it in as a committee letter in that section.
