i'm thinking we'll all get some more info tomorrow, when more people receive some letters. don't forget to post what your status checker message says, and maybe we can correlate that with decisions.
whoa. this thread is on the third page! no excitement for cornell? well - waitlist here 🙁 fwiw, i had a your decision will be mailed update.
My status page changed last week to "Decision has been mailed..." and today I got my waitlist letter! I'm really happy considering I've been waiting for five months and this just means that I'll have to wait three more, but I'm still happy to have a shot!
Good luck to all of those waiting for a decision!
So, I talked to a friend of mine who called today and she told me that when she asked if more decisions are going to be sent soon, the person replied "yes by he end of this week." She then asked how would they be sent. The woman (I take it was a secretary) said by mail. My friend then asked what about email??? According to my friend, the secretary stubbled a bit on the phone and went back on her statement and said decisions, if acceptances, would be sent by email and other decisions would be sent by mail. I don't know what to read into this, but it doesn't sound good for the "limbo" people like myself.
Edit: A second Amen and a Hallelujah 🙂 on DD's post !
Waitlisted, found out today in LA area...niice
Has anyone had the status change, but not received the letter yet? I still haven't gotten mine. I am in the southeast...

Does anybody really know what "The class is selected in mid-March and all decisions are mailed then." means??
