I am sick of checking.... I am just not going to check. I am going to come on SDN first tomorrow or Wednesday and then go on THX. No way I am checking first... it aint happening.

I've channeled the nervous energy into Orgo studying. 23 days after my start date, I'm done 13 chapters, 1 of the 2 assigments, ALL labs, and a midterm.:laugh:

sounds like me with A&P II. Only, we haven't started yet.. haha.. (start the 29th). I'm halfway through the book, with tons of labeled diagrams and worksheets done. Plan on finishing the rest of it before the class and starting to type notes. Glad i'm not the ONLY nerd 🙂

Good luck to everyone waiting for their score. I got mine last week from the April 7 test, and I know I was curious what the screen would look like when the scores came out, so hopefully this won't add to the torment, but below is a screenshot of what the page looks like once the scores are available. That way, if you want to hold something up on the screen and slowly move it across to see each score individually, you'll know what to expect!

I had a nightmare about my scores last night. 10/11 in VR/BS (forgot which was which), an 8 in PS, and an M in WS....but the best part of it all that somehow it all added up to 22 M.:laugh: 👎

Tomorrow's score posting is smack in the middle of my finals... If I check and did poorly I will be depressed and not want to study, but if I did well I will only want to party. However, if I don't check them at all, I will go insane trying not to think about it. Whats a guy to do?

Ok im getting anxious as the day progresses. What time do the scores come out at. Will it be :scared:until they open the office at 8 and finish their water cooler talk, or is it programed to release scores at midnight?:scared:

i honestly believe that the amcas people have secretly installed cameras in all locations frequented by premeds, and are laughing their asses off at us as we squirm in morbid anticipation of 3 numbers and a letter. on that note, how does one go about getting a job with amcas? it's gotta be a HUGE power trip knowing that you hold the key to the lives of many people.

It's probably an incredibly boring job, in truth. Checking the scoring on a multiple-choice exam, playing with statistics software until you get the correct curve, and fielding calls from angry and/or neurotic premeds? It doesn't really sound like my dream career.

tomorrow is my university commencement. i need to totally take my mind off of this mcat score wait because it's ruining what should be one of my greatest accomplishments to date! ARGH AAMC!! GRRR!!

Im in a dilemma, I am done with finals, and so are my friends. Thus they all want to go out and get hammered. Normally I would be ALL over this however as most of you know, MCAT scores come out in the morning, not to mention I am waking up 6 am ish to drive home. Or I could wait to begin the drive shortly after 8 central time (to see scores), but then I run the risk of losing time in the event that the score release gets postponed. 😱 I dont want to be hungover checking my scores, and I dont want to miss out on a fun night, since Ive had to sacrifice quite a few this semester.. !!!!!!!! HELP

I would postpone your trip a few hours so you can be drunk when viewing your MCAT scores. Imagine drunk dialing people if you get a good score... its definitely worth staying up all night for. The other option is being hungover when viewing scores to deaden the pain of a poor score... no matter how badly you did, it won't be as painful as your headache.

Either way, I wouldn't forgo an opportunity to drink with your buddies (especially to celebrate school getting out).

when in doubt, ALWAYS get drunk...it will invariably lead you to a state of enlightenment and euphoria. i wish you good inebriated times tonight. as for the rest of us, we should all drink in unison online tomorrow, either out of celebration or preparation for embalming.

One way of avoiding a hangover is to keep drinking...😉. No seriously, you wouldn't want to miss out having fun with your friends and drunk dialing people (hopefully in happiness 🙂). Driving home can wait for a couple hours. 😀

boy i'm thankful to be in such good/neurotic company. took it april 16, but have seriously been checking compulsively since about april 5. i have checked it no less than 20 times today, just keep hitting refresh lol.

i was feeling pretty good about it until i read the april 2007 scores thread and saw all these super high scores....lol now i'm thinking maybe i was overconfident? i don't know. i'm neurotic and i want my score. did they seriously not release them at midnight last time like usual? i'm staying up just in case...

What about time zone consideration? I am assuming you are east coast... what if they post it on midnight Pacific Standard Time? I am CST, but I think I will get one more night's sleep without knowing my wretched MCAT score. Then tomorrow, over a nice bagel and cup of coffee I will check.

when I took the CBT the scores didn't come out until about 115-130AM the day that they were supposed to come out. i didnt keep checking the THX website, i just kept checking SDN until someone posted that the scores were out so that I wouldn't get a nasty surprise when logging into THX.

It's 1:22 in Illinois and no scores yet. From what I checked on the SDN forums for the people who took the test on April 7th, it seemed like the scores were posted at 11:00 am of the expected score release date.

Ugh. Please let me sleep tonight. I had a nightmare Sunday night: it was something like 5, 7, 7. I woke up pissed!

Well, at least we're all going crazy. I'm so bummed the Warriors lost. Tomorrow is going to be one hell of an emotional day! Good luck everyone!

Yes but does that mean eastern time or pacific time? Also, I've been hearing rumors about some mistake on the april 7th mcat where some of the questions weren't related to the passage in the BS section. 😱 I realize that now is probably a stupid time to bring up testing errors, but I was just curious if anybody else had heard about this.
