I took it a couple of months ago - I missed so much stuff you wouldn't believe it. I'm not kidding, for one patient, I forgot to put pregnancy on the ddx when it was clearly obvious that this is what the vignette was getting at. For some of the ddx and work up tests sections, I filled out 2-3 options at most.
I studied for a total of 6 hours in the middle of an east coast vacation. I was really worried until I got my score report and I actually passed.
I have no clue how they score this thing but I am really starting to believe the whole "as long as you speak fluent english" thing.
