Cyclist Enthusiasts out dere?

I still get leary with my clip-ins on my road bike (though I have yet to fall in almost a year!), not having "free feet" on a mountain bike would totally freak me out, even though I can definitely see the advantage of clip-ins. to those who can do it!

I think it also is the specific type of pedals I have. From what I understand, the ones I have (speedplay frogs) tend to offer a bit more freedom of movement than others. So I feel less "locked in," but yeah, Mountain Bike, would be scary as all get up...
