Does anyone have feedback on Dartmouth Hitchcock IM residency program? I felt that, while I was there, despite the "IVY LEAGUE" status that the residents seemed more like the calibre i'd expect at a middle tier program??? Does this reflect on the program?????

Ok, location suboptimal, granted. But does that mean that, because the calibre of residents is lower, that it affects fellowship chances?! I mean, should I rank, say UVA or Tufts higher even though they don't have as good a rep. I'm willing to take the hit with location in order to optimise fellowship chances!!!it reflects location.

Nephro is strong, but you can get into a good nephro program from pretty much any university program...
