So.. my father mentioned to one of his clients that I'm interested in Dentistry, and he just so happen to own a dental laboratory and is allowing me to get involved.

I have weak extracurriculars right now, plus an extremely busy schedule.. So, I'm hesitant to accept a job offer when I could be using my limited time volunteering.

Would it be a good idea to offer my service as a volunteer in the dental lab until I submit my application in June?

I have 200 hours of shadowing a general dentist, which is definitely enough. I'm not exactly sure what helping at the lab would be categorized under, or if it will look as good as conventional community service for the underprivileged.

*im also planning on tutoring underprivileged kids this winter.
*I currently have 42 hours of community service under several of my schools events.

Your community service hours are pretty low, to be honest. I would focus on that if I were you.
