If I shadowed over the summer for a couple days and will be doing it again this coming summer, on my application, do I leave the end date blank or what do I input?

I left it blank, but in the description i put summers only. I assisted 2 times a week for 2 summers.

of course if they understand the need for dental work and for some reason are purposefully withholding treatment or being lazy then there is no excuse for that!
