I would take the 2 year program. The application and interview process is draining and I never want to do it again

Derm or path trained? I'd take the 2 year program if path, job then 1 year if derm.

Folks, how's the fellowship going? Are you applying for jobs? The salary I have been seeing on some of the job postings is depressive-250k to 300k.
