I received 1 so far and 2 places (OHSU, Brown) said they filled when I sent in my application.

Here’s my list of filled:
UAMS - internal
Baylor Houston - internal
BSA dallas - internal
brown - internal
Cedars Sinai - never opened, was closed forever probably internal
Harvard - not accepting
Stanford - filled
UT McGovern - internal
STL Missouri - filled

After pan applying the whole country this year, there are not many open positions nationwide after considering the ones filled internally.

With programs releasing decisions at different times, what do you do if you get an offer but you still have other interviews coming up? Since you need to accept within 24 hours.

This is one of the issues with rolling interviews/offers.

Your options are basically (as you probably surmised):
1. Accept the offer now.
2. Decline (no takesies backsies) and hope you get an offer from another program that you may prefer more down the line.

The current offer will likely be filled by someone further down their list by the time you get to your other interviews.
