Difference between graduate schools of public health and graduate public health

CEPH separated 2 categories: Graduate schools of Public Health and Graduate public health programs. Is there a difference ? Does it matter if you go to a school that has the MPH program instead going to the school of public health in the 1st category? Does the school matter when you apply for a job?
