DIY post bacc--p/f vs grade vs nfc?

Hi everyone! I'm in a bit of a sticky situation and could use some advice. I'm finishing up my last 2 DIY post bacc courses through UC Extension, and one has proved to be especially challenging. After the final, I'll likely land in the B range. This is a bummer as my other 4 courses have been A/A-s. I'm not sure if I should just take the B, or switch my grading option to pass/fail or not for credit. My goal was to raise my sGPA, but more importantly, create an upward trend that the B would negatively effect.

Take the B. Don't give adcoms an impression you are hiding a potential failing grade.
