Can you please tell us how to put pictures on the web page

Guess that wasn't a class at Iowa State when you went, huh?!?

(This was an intended jab...I know you like U of I.)

If you hit reply, you'll go to the text window of a reply box.

At the top will be a se to icons starting with a B, and ending in what looks like a cartoon word bubble. Click on the icon that looks like a picture of a mountain with a sun in the sky. It's right next tot eh one that looks like a globe with a chain link in front of it.

Then "" will show up in your text window.

Next, find a picture online that you want to put in, for example: [url]http://www.cosgp.aacom.org/images/2004_11_05/IMG_0071.JPG[/url]

YOU NEED THE ADDRESS TO THE PICTURE. If you don't know what it is, right click it and look at the properties, an address starting with http:// is what you want.

Paste that address in right after [IMG].

Next, click the picture icon again and should come up.

You're text window should show: IMG]http://www.cosgp.aacom.org/images/2004_11_05/IMG_0071.JPG[/IMG

Except you should have closed brackets at either end.

You're picture should show up like this:

Be careful, however, some sites don't like direct links to their pictures.

Geneser could be an even bigger iowa fan than you, and he is super smart, but just didn't want to go to med school cause he didn't wanna deal with all the sucky crap we have to do..............I told him its just cause he wants to commit suicide. Mike and I are at java g's right now and a 16 year old girl walked in, she looked 14 cause she hadn't eaten in about 3 months.............but I don't remember them being hot like that when I was 15...thank god or I may have permanently damaged my hand.
